We are now including a 2 year Retailer Service Plan when you purchase one of our selected Approved Used Volkswagens.

The Service Plans have been designed to help keep your Approved Used
Volkswagen running as perfect as the day you drive it away.

The Service Plan covers two years or 20,000 miles*and also includes free MOT
for the duration of the Plan. All the work carried out on your car is carried
out solely by Volkswagen trained technicians who learned their trade by getting
up close and personal to cars like yours.

The technology and tools they use are designed specifically by Volkswagen for
Volkswagens. And any replacement parts that are necessary will be genuine
Volkswagen parts, backed by a two-year guarantee. The Volkswagen retailer
stamp in your service book will verify the level of care your car has received.
The Plan is also transferrable, adding extra value should you decide to sell
your car before the contract end.

What is included

1 x Oil change at 10,000 miles or 12 months
1 x Inspection service at 20,000 mles or 24 moths
1 x Dust and pollen filter at 24 months
1 x Brake fluid change (if required)*
1 x Spark plug change (if required)*
1 x Fuel Filter (if required)*
1 x Air Filter (if required)*

*As determined by the manufacturer's recommended schedule.
All servicing must be taken within two years or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first).  Any servicing cost incurred after this cut-off are payable by the customer. 
Any other work outside the manufacturer's recommended service schedule, including normal wear and tear, is not included in the plan. Available on used Volkswagens that have been serviced in accordance with the recommended manufacturers service schedule that have less that 80,000 recorded miles at the start of the plan.
