About Us

Trust Group UK was formed in March 2006 and undertook the purchase of three Volkswagen dealerships in the West Midlands from the existing owners, Reg Vardy PLC. With dealerships at Redditch, Stourbridge and Wolverhampton the three sites offered the opportunity to represent the Volkswagen brand across three adjoining territories encompassing the major conurbations of Birmingham, Solihull, Bromsgrove, Dudley and Stafford. In early 2011 the Group completed its first move into an alternative franchise with the opening of a new seven car showroom representing the Skoda brand alongside the existing Volkswagen facility in Redditch.

Having enjoyed real success since taking on the Volkswagen territory in 2006 the Group is well placed to expand its operations with additional facilities in and around the West Midlands.

Trust Group UK is managed by Andrew Hockedy, Managing Director and Nigel White, Finance Director. Their shared philosophy is one of delivering excellent customer care through close management of the daily activity within each individual business location. A wealth of previous motor trade experience has helped format processes and controls within each business centred around customers – Trust Group UK call this a ‘customer centric’ approach which places customers at the core of everything they do.

The individual dealerships are managed through experienced Volkswagen Approved Brand Managers who have successfully completed the Volkswagen Academy Brand Manager assessment and as such are accredited to represent the Volkswagen brand. All of the colleagues within Trust Group UK are affiliated to the Volkswagen Academy in order that we strive and achieve the high standards set by Volkswagen and importantly expected by our customers.

With drive and determination, coupled with Directors of the business operating within the business on a daily basis, Trust Group UK can and do deliver great customer care, service and of course great business propositions for all of our customers.
