What Retailer Approval Means
To gain status as an retailer approved Volkswagen, every used Volkswagen that comes through our doors undergoes a number of strict checks to ensure each car represents the high Volkswagen standards.
Before any of our used vehicles are put on display, we subject it to a rigorous multipoint check, validation check, mileage check, service history check and full vallet. Any defaults that may have been discovered are fully rectified by a Volkswagen trained technician using only Volkswagen original parts. As a final check, each car is taken on a thorough road test.
At Trust Group we're so sure of the reliabilty of all our used cars that if during the first 30 days of ownership a fault occurs with your vehicle, then you may exchange your vehicle for another.
