Learning to drive can be a daunting and overwhelming experience especially given everything you have to undertake in order to grab the slice of freedom that is a driving license. There is a constant wave of information you need to take in especially when taking your theory test. It's not just situational awareness but signage plays a big part in the learning process and the early days of your new driver’s experience.

A wealth of previous motor trade experience has helped format processes and controls within each business centered on customers – Trust Group UK call this a ‘customer-centric’ approach which places customers at the core of everything they do.
The individual dealerships are managed through experienced Volkswagen and Skoda Approved Brand Managers who have successfully completed the Volkswagen Academy Brand Manager assessment and as such are accredited to represent the brand.
All of the colleagues within Trust Group UK are affiliated to the Volkswagen and Skoda Academy in order that we strive and achieve the high standards set by the manufacturers and importantly expected by our customers.

Trust Group UK was formed in March 2006 and undertook the purchase of three Volkswagen dealerships in the West Midlands from the existing owners, Reg Vardy PLC. With dealerships at Redditch, Stourbridge and Wolverhampton the three sites offered the opportunity to represent the Volkswagen brand across three adjoining territories encompassing the major conurbations of Birmingham, Solihull, Bromsgrove, Dudley and Stafford.
In early 2011 the Group completed its first move into an alternative franchise with the opening of a new seven-car showroom representing the Skoda brand alongside the existing Volkswagen facility in Redditch. This was shortly followed by the opening of our Skoda Stourbridge site in June 2011. The opening of our first Trade Parts Specialist location in Wolverhampton was in June 2007.
We also expanded in March 2012 when we were awarded the operations for the Trade Parts Specialist in Birmingham. Our latest expansion comes with the opening of our third Skoda dealership in Wolverhampton.
