We are immensely proud of the service that our staff deliver every day. The quarterly results are an opportunity to see just how well our teams are doing across the region and the wider network. This quarter the results our various teams have achieved across our three Volkswagen sites have been phenomenal.
Our Aftersales teams are extremely important for our customers. They enable our customers to receive the support and services they need beyond the purchasing of a vehicle from our dealerships.
This quarter our Aftersales teams ranked in the Top 20%. The Aftersales team at our Stourbridge dealership have been delivering fantastic service and this was reflected by them achieving a place in the Top 10 for Aftersales service delivery.
The sales departments across the Trust Group have also excelled in creating a great customer focus atmosphere and attitude. Our Customers Services teams have also grown in stature and reputation. Volkswagen Stourbridge made it into the Top 30 nationwide!
All of these achievements are no mean feat and as we head into the Christmas break and the New Year, we can’t thank all our teams across our Volkswagen sites enough.
In 2019, we will be looking to build upon a fantastic 2018 as we continue to grow and excel in all areas and to deliver services across the board that our customers can Trust.
