Wolverhampton - Stourbridge - Redditch

The New Year is just on the horizon and brings with it plenty of new challenges and opportunities. We at Volkswagen Trust have some big plans for 2019 which we could not achieve without our fantastic staff.

We asked some of our team why they work at Volkswagen Trust.

Andy Ruscoe, a master technician said:

“I enjoy working with my colleagues and the new challenges put in front of me every day”.

Laura Beddows, a service advisor of 15 years said

“I enjoy coming to work and making our customers experience great. We are very much like a family!”

Matt Lloyd, service technician of 11 years added

“I am constantly learning different things about the Volkswagen range. Its great fun”.

The general consensus among all our Volkswagen Trust teams was that they loved being part of a family friendly environment where they know they can make a difference to both the organisation and customers.

Being part of the Volkswagen group gives them the opportunity to move forward in their careers with regular training and milestones to help them along the way. Competitive pay and an open-door policy with management teams also help.

It is great to hear from all our staff about why they work at Volkswagen Trust. They are one of our greatest assets as we continue to grow.

Now we have plenty of more opportunities available for new people to become part of our Volkswagen Trust family.

So, if you are looking to start the new year with a new job opportunity, why not have a look at some of our current vacancies.
